SHIPPING COST

We offer USPS mail and UPS mail delivery. Delivery and Shipment of in-stock items is between 3-10 business days for orders within the U.S. and 6-16 business days for orders outside the U.S. In addition, international orders to remote areas, the shipping time frame can be extended based on carrier schedule. In extreme weather condition or during peak periods like Christmas time, delivery days may be extended.

Pickup option: Customer is expected to contact Customer Care before you head for pickup, and we'll have your order waiting. Once we receive your call, will know you are on the way and will make sure your items are waiting.

BILLING ADDRESS

We encourage you to register your account on our website. If your shipping address will not be the same as your billing address, you are advised to register your account with the shipping address so as to receive your order. We don’t ship to non-billing address except if the above condition is met due to fraudulent activities. When you confirm your order at checkout you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, the details you are providing are correct. You are responsible for the products delivered to the wrong address. Refunds will not be issued for products delivered to wrong address.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AND CHARGEBACK

If for any reason a chargeback is issued from your bank or our payment gateway, an investigation will be launched, and you will be banned from using this site without exceptions.
